It is located 1.5 kilometers from the historic center, it is the right place to practice sports fishing, mountain biking, hiking and observation of flora and fauna.

If you prefer, you can venture inside the dam by boat or kayak and observe the diversity of flora and fauna that the place presents.

Since 2004 it has been on the list of Ramsar Sites for being an important wetland for the reception of migratory birds.

Ideal space for cycling, horse riding or walking. Huge ahuehuete trees mark the path to follow.

This river crosses the city and takes you to the Jalpan dam.

It is located 40 minutes from the town of Tancoyol, the journey is made by a dirt road, where you can see changes in the vegetation and hear the chirping of various birds, the river canyon can be seen from a few kilometers before arriving. One of the main attractions is the intense blue that it presents and the cleanliness of the environment and the water.
